For those who haven't heard,
The Coast Guard has released a Mission Management System (MMS) work instruction that applies to all CG personnel entering data into or using MISLE for foreign vessel arrivals, examinations and operational controls.
This is especially important because vessels can transit COTP zones in short periods of time and time sensitive data becomes important for the next unit. It goes without saying, but don't be "That Coastie" who doesn't follow the MMS and sets the next unit up for failure. The MMS can be found at the mislenet.osc.uscg.mil website.
